Customer Operations Administrator

Barcelona, Spain

 

What you will do

Customer Operations is a cross functional collaborative team that is the focal point between Customer, Sales, Service, and Operations. The team aims to ensure that all responses are handled in a timely manner with expertise and proficiency, all needs are met whilst ensuring processes are aligned, optimised and compliant.

 

Your contribution

 

  • Assist in meeting sales growth targets by accurately processing sales orders and invoices (SAP system)
  • Support in the creation of quotes
  • Ensure accurate timely information to key stakeholders in the order management process (such as: Customers, suppliers, service and sales colleagues)
  • Management of maintenance contracts/warranty and creation of stakeholder notifications
  • Organize and monitor transportation associated to orders
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders: e.g. provide information on order status, delivery status, invoicing…
  • Administrative support for CO Team/ other regional offices in Europe when required (Back up during vacation, sick leave)

     

Your background

  • Degree in Commercial Administration or Business Administration
  • Minimum 2 years experience in similar position
  • English as business language and fluent Spanish and French.
  • Excellent communication skills and highly customer-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office
  • Keen to work as a team and learn
  • Open to work in international environment
