Travel Booking & Expense Application Manager 80%

Your contribution 
In the role of Travel Booking & Expense Application Manager, you will manage our global travel booking application and our global expense application Concur. You stand in close collaboration with our employees and travel agencies. With your knowledge, you will support our employees and ensure the travel booking process. 

 

  • Enhancing and managing settings within the applications
  • Operate and improve the internal support line for our key users and employees
  • Align with company credit card responsibilities on process
  • Support global user trainings and documentation
  • Assist in Travel Requests (A1 form, Travel Insurance, etc.
  • Support in the implementation of Global Policities and Procedures
  • Administrative support to legal communications and requirements
  • Assist in HR general administrative tasks

 

Your background

  • Experience in the finance industry and/or in the travel management environment 
  • Fluent English skills and good German skills
  • Application knowledge: Egencia and Concur (nice to have) or comparable solutions
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners
