Commercial Excellence Analyst – Temporary 10 months

Your contribution
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting strategic decision-making by analyzing business-related datasets and delivering actionable insights. Your work will focus on customer satisfaction, product price validation, and data visualization, helping to drive continuous improvement across the organization.
Your responsibilities
- Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from various internal sources
- Producing regular reports on customer satisfaction, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and actionable insights
- Validating the accuracy and consistency of product pricing data in collaboration with sales and finance teams
- Identifying data inconsistencies or errors and proposing corrective actions
- Building and maintaining interactive dashboards in Power BI to enable stakeholders to explore data independently
- Creating reports and dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) as needed for specific projects
- Automating recurring reports to enhance operational efficiency
- Creating clear data visualizations and presentations for non-technical stakeholders
- Supporting ad hoc data analysis projects based on business needs

Your background

- A bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or Information Systems
- Previous experience in data analysis or a similar role, with strong skills in Power BI and Excel for reporting and dashboard creation
- Experience or willingness to learn SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- Familiarity with SQL or other data manipulation/query languages is an advantage
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to spot anomalies in data
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent English and Spanish skills; German is a plus
- A proactive team player who takes initiative, is well organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Eager to learn, explore new ideas, and focused on delivering results
