Your contribution

As Contract Manager, you will ensure efficient, risk-aware, and business-focused legal operations for all Tecan affiliates worldwide. Reporting to the Director of Legal Affairs, you will:

 

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of standardized contracts for all Group affiliates worldwide, including confidentiality agreements, terms & conditions, procurement, consultancy, co-marketing, beta testing, and key opinion leader agreements
  • Provide general legal support as required
  • Provide training to employees on legal matters
  • Collaborate with colleagues in Legal Affairs and business stakeholders across the globe to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies

 

Your background

We’re not just looking for hard skills: We’re looking for people who bring their passion and talent to work. We welcome recent graduates as well as professionals with initial practical experience who are eager to build their career in international contract management. You bring:

 

  • A bachelor’s degree in law
  • Initial exposure to drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in English and German, or strong motivation to develop these skills
  • Knowledge of international contracts and the ability to navigate cross-border legal challenges
  • Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken)
  • A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with the confidence to support stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions and cultures
