As our Customer Service Representative, your primary focus is to fulfillServes customer requestss by processing sales orders, quotations and assisting with inquiries concerning order status, ship date, pricinge and product availability inquires. and related questions.Serve as the Sales Support Helpdesk, which is the primary point of contact for any sales related inquiries. Proactively escalate known customer issues to the Customer Service Coordinator and collaborate to resolve issues. How you will make a difference.
- Assists in meeting Tecan US sales growth by accurately processing quotations, and sales orders accurately and assisting with customer order inquiries.
- Partners with Customer Service Coordinators to increase customer satisfaction
- Incorporates Tecan’s Vision & Values in business activities.
- Direct and daily interaction with Sales, Finance, Customer service group, and warehouse personnel , to assist with any aspect of sales process.
- Frequent contact with customers and the finance department all to ensure the customer inquiries and needs are fulfilled.
- Track all quotations and TAT from receipt to generation of “official quote”

Your background.
- Minimum associate degree in business and/or equivalent experience.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and accounting systems.
- Familiar with Tecan US product line a plus.
- Familiar with SAP R3 a plus.
