Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys keeping facilities safe, functional, and operating at their best? Join our team as a Facilities Technician, where you'll play an essential role in maintaining our offices and manufacturing facilities while supporting a safe, compliant, and productive work environment.
In this role, you'll perform preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot facility issues, and support a variety of building improvement projects. You'll also assist with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) coordination activities, helping to promote workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and employee engagement across our organization.

How Will You Make an Impact?
- Respond to facility repair and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Perform preventative, corrective, and general building maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and light fabrication projects.
- Inspect facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and recommend improvements.
- Drive a company vehicle to transport materials and supplies between our Product Development office and Corporate Headquarters manufacturing facility.
- Assist with facility setup and teardown for meetings, training sessions, and company events.
- Support company safety initiatives and established EHS programs.
- Assist with EHS coordination activities, including safety inspections, audits, documentation, corrective actions, and compliance initiatives.
- Conduct weekly basic safety training during New Hire Orientation.
- Help maintain EHS records, training documentation, and regulatory compliance files.
- Collaborate with Facilities, Human Resources, and Operations to promote a safe and healthy workplace.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company policies and procedures.

Your Background
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance, building maintenance, or a related trade preferred.
- Hands-on experience with hand and power tools.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, and light fabrication.
- Valid driver's license with a clean DMV driving record.
- Experience operating forklifts and scissor lifts preferred.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Ability to work occasional overtime, including weekends, as business needs require.
Nice to Have
- OSHA certification.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Forklift and scissor lift certifications.
- Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial facilities.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workplace safety best practices.
- Experience supporting Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs or compliance activities.
- Interest in pursuing professional development in EHS through company-supported training.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, climb ladders, and work in varying positions throughout the workday.
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and scissor lifts.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying environmental conditions.
- Ability to safely operate a company vehicle between company facilities.

Salary Range: $28.00–$35.00 per hour
(Salary will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with industry data.)
