Field Service Engineer 100%

What you will do

  • Catch up new accounts/potential opportunity, bring in sales in quickly
  • Maintain existing account, follow up with new projects/New opportunity.
     
    Responsibilities will include  
  • Provide support for instruments and customers with consideration of economic criteria and contractual obligations
  • Perform installations, trouble shooting, and other support activities as required
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
  • Perform customized application on liquid handing instrument
  • Perform customer training courses
  • Perform helpdesk duties as required
  • Solve customer problems and ensure maximum availability and functionality of the instrument

What you bring along

  • C&G or ONC/HNC/HTC or Degree in electronics. Mechanical know-ledge Selling skill and leadership
  • 3 O-Level or GCSE
  • Average oral & written English
