Your contribution
In this key role, you will oversee all HR topics, including recruitment and the Employee Life Cycle. Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to implement HR processes that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee development. Your responsibilities include managing HR processes, advising managers and employees, and coordinating payroll and budget planning with the financial controller. You ensure compliance with global HR guidelines and local laws while boosting employee satisfaction and organizational success.
- Act as the first point of contact for line managers and employees and advice on employment law where needed
- Manage the entire Employee Life Cycle, including onboarding, internal changes, exit procedures, and disciplinary processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll preparation, working closely with Local Finance and Payroll Provider
- Coordinate, manage and implement HR processes (incl. performance and salary reviews, budget planning and organizational changes), ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain and update employee records and local HR policies in line with local legal regulation and Global HR policies/guidelines.
- Overall recruitment management for France and support local Finance with recruitment in Spain & Italy.
- Car Fleet management in alignment with Local and Global Car Policy
- Working on local HR projects

- Completed secondary education with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience as HR generalist, including recruitment and payroll experience.
- Knowledge and experience in French labor law and HR regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle changing priorities.
- Strong service & solution-oriented approach and excellent communication and listening skills.
- A proactive mindset with the readiness to learn, grow, and propose improvements to enhance organizational success.
