Your contribution
In this important and dynamic role, you will manage all HR topics with a focus on recruitment and supporting the HR employee life cycle. You’ll work closely with business leaders and both global and local HR teams to implement processes and practices that drive organizational effectiveness and employee development in line with our Global HR Guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems (HRIS)
- Prepare, update, and archive employment contracts and HR documents
- Support payroll by collecting and verifying data
- Participate in projects to improve HR processes and systems
- Administer employee awards and absence management
- Coordinate performance reviews and support talent development initiatives
- Administer local benefits programs and respond to employee queries
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR policies, procedures, and employment matters
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
- Collaborate closely with local finance and support audits as needed
Your background

- Degree in Business Administration or similar field
- 2–3 years of professional experience as an HR Generalist
- Recruitment experience
- Experience supporting Spanish, Italian, and ideally Swedish business areas
- Knowledge of labor law and HR regulations for the EU, ideally Spain, Italy, and Sweden
- Fluent in English and Spanish, Italian and any other European languages are a plus
- Proficiency in SAP (ERP system), SAP SuccessFactors, and Microsoft Office Suite
- You are driven, independent, curious, and customer-oriented, with the courage to speak up and the ability to work straightforwardly with colleagues at all levels
