HR IS Specialist (100%)

Your contribution
In this important and operational role, you will be responsible for supporting HR data management and reporting for our global People & Organization teams. You will ensure high data quality in all HR systems, manage HR reporting (SuccessFactors and/or SAP HR), and support day-to-day HR processes. While the majority of your work will be operational, you will also participate in HR Services projects and new initiatives (approximately 20% of your time).
Responsibilities
- Support HR Services topics such as organization management and SuccessFactors Employee Central data maintenance
- Manage all aspects of HR data reporting, ensuring high data quality
- Perform actions/testing and support annual HR processes (e.g., salary review)
- Establish and maintain HRIS documentation for training and process descriptions
- Prepare and deliver trainings to HR colleagues and internal customers
- Provide quality services to internal customers in Finance, Accounting, and local HR
- Implement processes to streamline HR workflows and decrease turnaround time
- Perform data audits and handle ad hoc error correction
- Assist with HR position approval and forecasting activities
- Participate in global or local HR projects (approx. 20% of role)
- Act as Power User for different HR information systems
- Perform other related duties as requested
Your background

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 3 years of experience in an HRIS or HR operations role in an international environment
- English fluency required
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Module, SAP ERP HCM, and Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, other modules (REC, P&G, Comp) is a nice to have
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proven team player, able to interact effectively with diverse groups
- Proactive, self-motivated, and independent self-starter
- Data affinity, accurate, analytical, and holistic thinking
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
