IT Site Manager
What you will do
- Ensure a working IT-Environment to best support employees in their daily work.
- Manage IT Infrastructure budget and cost control. (Related to IT paid services)
- Responsible or deputy for Global IT Services Operation (example: Messaging, Virtual Platform, etc.)
- Lead IT Projects and improve functionality and quality of Global IT Services
- Interface between Business and IT
Make sure that user incidents are resolved within a reasonable time
Responsibilities will include
- Leadership Position is applicable: Manage local IT Team
- Lead IT Projects
- Ensure that procurement of Computer Hardware and Software following global standards
- Coordinate external resources
- Physical handling of local IT related infrastructure (LAN components, Projector, UPS, VoIP, Printers, Building Access System, etc.)
- Ensure User Management according to Global SOP (Creation, Change, Permission, etc.)
- Ensure availability of IT systems to authorized usersProvide high quality support for T-CH products to Tecan sales team, distributors and end users as contribution to Tecan’s financial goals
What you bring along
- Technical IT related education, Basic financials education
- 5 years IT related Job
- Project Management and coordination
- Management experience
- SAP
- Good written and verbal English skills
- Basic Local Language Knowledge
- Negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Business processes
- Networking (Cisco) CCNA Certification VMware vsphere or ESX Knowledge
