Your contribution
In this challenging and important role you will provide legal support and advice to Tecan’s business segments, in particular to our Partnering Business (OEM business). You will:

•    Draft and negotiate complex development and sales contracts
•    Prepare and update contract templates and policies
•    Safeguard Tecan’s integrity and exposure to risks
•    Ensure that contracts comply with applicable law (including regulatory standards) and internal policies
•    Provide training to employees on legal matters

 

Your background
We’re not just looking for hard skills: We’re looking for people who bring their passion and talent to work. The position requires the following:

•    Bachelor’s and master’s degrees in law
•    Admission to the bar will be considered a plus
•    A few years of hands-on experience in the drafting and negotiation of complex international commercial contracts in English gained inhouse or in a business law firm
•    Experience in the industrial or life sciences sector
•    Fluent in English and German
•    Team player with a global mindset
