Key Account Manager Reagents (Clinical Diagnostics)



Your contribution

As a Key Account Manager, you will work for an industry leader, joining a team of sales specialists. You will be responsible for selling the Tecan Reagents within the French territory. The activity will be focused on the Clinical Diagnostics Market (CDx).


Responsibilities will include

  • Implement regional plans in France and develop fully integrated sales and reagents solutions (Instruments and Reagents/Kits for ELISA market)
  • Analyze the market in LC-MS for CDx and derive local tactics for business development with a strong sales focus on the IVD products
  • Active management of Key Accounts CDx
  • Propose and implement local growth plans in line with the overall company           objectives in CDx
  • Participates in lead generation for sales through routine account penetration
  • Develop and maintain high-level customer satisfaction and retention through one-on-one contact with current and potential customers
  • Contribute to action plan generation to ensure meeting commercial objectives
  • Maintains CRM by adding new contacts, opportunities, generating quotes, keeping all customer information current and providing accurate forecast information for the territory


Your background

  • Science degree as a must, optionally a further education in automation of applications
  • Strong commercial skills and track record in sales (Sales oriented attitude is a must)
  • Minimum 5 years experience in selling and negotiation of techniques
  • Clinical Diagnostics domain knowledge
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)
  • Knowledge in Microsoft-Office
  • Open minded for ideas and innovation
