Your contribution 

In this varied role you support and further develop the data quality in all our HR systems like SAP HR and SuccessFactors to the highest standard possible, you are responsible for various HR Services topics and will regularly interact with your HR colleagues worldwide and provide quality services to our internal customers.  Additionally, you will work on various HR Services projects and new initiatives. You will prepare and deliver any HR Services related trainings to HR colleagues and internal customers.

 

 

Your Impact

  • Responsible for various HR Services matters such as: SAP HR data maintenance, Time Management, organization management, SAP SuccessFactors
  • Ensure professional support of the HR Business Partners (HR BP) in all administrative tasks of the HR processes
  • Processes coordination between HR BPs & HR Admin team as well as with other departments (e.g. IT, Finance)
  • Manage and execute HR data reporting while ensuring highest data quality in all HR systems
  • Establish and maintain any HR Services related documentation for training purposes and process descriptions and offer trainings to HR team
  • Improve and implement processes to decrease turnaround time and streamline HR workflows
  • Assure quality services are provided to internal customers of Finance, Accounting and local HR

 

 

Your background 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 3 years of experience in an HR operations role in an international environment where you gained a sound understanding and experience with HR processes and HR controlling
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP HCM & SuccessFactors
  • Strong data affinity, accurate, analytical, and holistic thinking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional German language skills preferred.
  • You are a proactive, self-motivated, and independent self-starter
