Project Manager for HR (80-100%)

 

What you will do

As HR Project Manager you will be at the core of transformational Human Resource projects across the division to lay the foundation for talents for years to come. Working side-by-side with the Chief People Office, you will design project plans, create roadmaps, and implement critical HR projects, processes and initiatives.

Such projects may include but are not limited to, driving the S (“social) of the ESG initiatives for the HR organization, reviewing the Compensation and Benefits approach globally or standardizing the job architecture across the entire organization. This role also comes with many possible growth opportunities as you learn more about existing Centers of Excellence, programs and systems.

 

Your Impact

  • Develop and drive project and process management frameworks to enable the HR team and the organization through implementation
  • Manage and support the design and rollout of new HR programs, projects, policies, and approaches
  • Operate with a project management (PMO) mindset, delivering results, driving discussions, and managing against thoughtfully formed plans, budgets, timelines and goals
  • Responsible for the project management side of a broad variety of assigned People Team projects to ensure all projects are clearly defined, measured, and regularly tracked
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, taking into consideration communication, change needs and ensuring appropriate engagement for all levels of the organization
  • Provide proactive support, advice and counsel program leaders and team members on best practices to ensure project success
  • Offer consultation to HR Business Partners, HR teams and business stakeholders, building domain knowledge, gathering requirements, providing solutions and impact analysis
  • Own internal documentation for the People team, creating a canon of process documentation that keeps the team highly organized
  • Being responsible to produce, analyze and translate data into business context and present findings and solutions to stakeholder

 

What you bring along

  • You have a bachelor's degree in Psychology or Business Administration
  • You bring a minimum of 5 years’ work experience in Human Resources or a PMO role with touchpoints in HR, ideally in a global setting
  • You have hands on experience in process management and optimization, experience in managing programs and working cross-functionally across an enterprise system (HR processes and HRIS preferred)
  • Certification in change management and/or Project Management expert is preferred
  • You have a global growth mindset with analytical skills and a can-do attitude
  • You have experience creating appealing presentations and executing on it
  • You work well in a dynamic, interactive, and collaborative environment
  • You are an influencer who knows how to create and rally alignment and build consensus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English a must.
