HR Business Partner - Switzerland

Männedorf, Zurich

 

Your contribution:

You will have the unique opportunity to work with line managers of multiple divisions at our headquarters in Switzerland whereby you will work hands on, drive topics and projects forward and exemplify that HR matters! You will be part of our journey to bring talent attraction, people development and our HR processes to the next level.

  • Be the first point of contact for the line managers and for employees of the assigned areas.
  • Implements the local annual HR processes in the assigned areas (like: employee MyReview, salary review, variable pay review, people sessions and personnel budgeting)
  • Serves as talent advisor, facilitator and champion to build and maintain strong succession pipelines for critical roles. Facilitates any local  “People Sessions” in order to identify talents and advises on further development & retention efforts.
  • Advises and counsels managers in resolving complaints, performance issues personnel problems, immigration concerns, policy questions and other HR issues.
  • Supports the talent acquisition plans for the assigned area by overseeing all recruitment activities.
  • Supports the reviews, revisions and creation of HR policies and guidelines in line with the Global HR policies and programs. 
  • Responsible for or involved in global and local HR projects

 

Your background

  • BA in Business, Psychology or HR management
  • Between 3-5 years of experience as HR Partner/HR Manager, preferably in Swiss based business areas
  • Extensive experience with Swiss employment law
  • Good user knowledge of SAP-R/3 HR and Success Factors is a great advantage
  • Curiosity, courage, enthusiasm and a pronounced service orientation
  • Fluent in German and English
