Product Support Specialist 80-100%


What you will do 

  • In this challenging and important role, you will provide application support on a global level. Furthermore, you will produce, prepare and provide product training for external and internal customers. 
  • Responsibilities will include 
  • Coordinating and providing complex and comprehensive global 2nd level support 
  • Investigating application and software issues remotely or on-site and communicating solutions to customers worldwide
  • Active participating in product care team meetings 
  • Administrative tasks in SAP
  • Developing, planning, and conducting (in-house, on-site and online) training courses for the use of Tecan instrument application software
  • Defining training curriculum
  • Creating, defining, and reviewing training material, service- and training-concepts
  • Defining service requirements for new products


What you bring along 

  • Bachelor or Master bio engineering, mechatronics engineering, system engineering or equivalent 
  • At least 2 years of working experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or clinical diagnostic area
  • Working experience in customer service and support
  • You enjoy explaining complex software application and solving intricate issues
  • Programming skills would be beneficial
  • Fluent German and English Skills, other languages are a plus
  • Customer and solution oriented, with high quality awareness 
  • Willingness to travel worldwide (10-20%)
