Project Manager Consumables 80-100%

 

Männedorf, Zurich

 

Your contribution

 In this challenging and important role you are responsible to lead the Consumables production line setups, lead strategic projects and to drive Tecan’s consumables sustainability initiative portfolio.

  • Coordinate internal & external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of production lines within budget
  • Provide insights in technology & industry trends and support/drive ad-hoc & long-term analysis
  • Drive long-term CAPEX planning
  • Lead projects to evolve the consumables business internally
  • Implement product portfolio changes in alignment with product portfolio owners, platform owners, R&D, QARA, and commercial functions
  • Lead Tecan’s consumables sustainability initiative portfolio
  • Coordinate the Consumables sustainability effort with the Associate Director Communications & Sustainability

 

Traveling to visit suppliers will be required. (20-30%)

 

Your background

We’re not just looking for hard skills: We’re looking for people who bring their passion and talent to work.

  • Completed BSc in STEM a must. Further education such as MSc in STEM or related business areas a nice to have
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects incl. budget responsibility
  • Fluent German and English language skills a must
  • Proficiency in excel required
