Senior Project Manager

Your contribution
In this pivotal role, you will lead complex development projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and key performance indicators. You will manage large-scale projects, including platform and customer projects, and drive them to successful completion.
Responsibilities
- Defining and building project teams with the right cross-functional mix of professional skills.
- Managing the planning, staffing, and execution of projects according to applicable development processes.
- Planning, monitoring, and reporting on complex projects, coordinating interfaces with related projects.
- Ensuring proactive and proper communication within the organization and with stakeholders, including management board members.
- Demonstrating clear leadership within the organization towards all management levels.
- Coordinating team members located across multiple locations.
- Managing and coordinating cross-functional team activities to achieve overall project targets, including design transfer and industrialization.
- Proactively managing stakeholders and identifying and solving conflicts within the project team and with stakeholders. ·
Your background

- BSc or MSc in a technical degree, preferably in technical, life science, mechanical, electrical, or software engineering.
- A PhD in Life Sciences, along with project management education, PMP or similar certifications, and training in change management and leadership, will set you apart.
- Over 6 years of experience in project management.
- Experience in product management and business administration is a bonus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (German and others) are a plus.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, capable of presenting technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in leading highly regulated product development projects, automation, assay development, and agile project management.
