Technical Support & Training Specialist

Join our international and diverse team as a Technical Support & Training Specialist. In this role, you will provide global application support and conduct comprehensive product training for both internal and external customers, contributing to the success of our cutting-edge instruments and technologies.

 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and providing complex and comprehensive global 2nd level support 
  • Investigating application and software issues remotely or on-site and communicating solutions to customers worldwide
  • Developing, planning, and conducting engaging training courses for the effective utilization of Tecan instruments.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define service requirements for new products and to drive ongoing enhancements.

 

 

Your background

  • Bachelor or Master bio engineering, mechatronics engineering, system engineering or equivalent 
  • At least 2 years of working experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or clinical diagnostic area
  • Working experience in customer service and support
  • You enjoy explaining complex software application and solving intricate issues
  • Programming skills would be beneficial
  • Fluent German and English Skills, other languages are a plus
  • Customer and solution oriented, with high quality awareness 
  • Willingness to travel worldwide (10-20%)
