Your contribution
By working closely with the Director Sustainability & Corporate Communications, you will support Tecan’s sustainability reporting, data management and communications. Responsibilities will include:
- Support completion of sustainability reporting via platforms including UNGC, EcoVadis, CDP, S&P CSA, and WDI
- Monitor and manage current ESG ratings by agencies including MSCI, ISS and Sustainalytics
- Support further development of the sustainability data management processes, and data collection
- Develop sustainability communications for internal social media and events within Tecan
Your background

- Ongoing studies in a field relevant to sustainability (Bachelor or Master)
- Initial work experience in the area of sustainability, including communications and project management
- Solid knowledge of Greenhouse Gas Protocol, understanding ESG rating systems and recent sustainability related legislation would be considered a plus.
- Skilled in communications, data management and reporting
- Fluent English skills, German would be an asset
- Collaborative and proactive personality
- You take the initiative, you have a goal-oriented mindset
