Manager Sales & Customer Operations Partnering Business

As Manager Sales & Customer Operations Partnering, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Global Sales Operations and Partnering Business. You will be responsible for backfilling key activities and tasks, ensuring seamless operations within the Sales Operations, Customer Product Management, and Product Portfolio Management teams. Your role will involve supporting the Head Global Sales Operations Partnering and collaborating with various departments to optimize processes and drive commercial success.
Responsibilities
- Support and deputize the Head Global Sales Operations Partnering in defined tasks, including price adjustments and commercial demand planning.
- Coordinate sales operations processes and manage global warehousing for specific customer segments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on production planning and support needs.
- Create and update reports using SAP tools, CRM and Business Warehouse, providing analysis as required.
- Perform dedicated tasks and activities to support inhouse teams upon assignment in the area of Product Management and Product Portfolio Management.
Your background

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics; further education in MBA or executive courses is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or related back-office functions, with proficiency in SAP Business Applications and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Experience in project management and working in international environments.
- Excellent English skills; German is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with cross-company and international teams in different time zones.
- High level of process landscapes.
- Ability to keep the big picture in scope while understanding and working on detailed aspects.
- Swiss residency is a must (local native, B or C permit).
