Your contribution
In this challenging and important role, you will:

 

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for Cavro components and assigned focus areas
  • Design and lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives Plan and execute product launch campaigns for the components division
  • Create and manage compelling multi-channel marketing content
  • Manage assigned marketing budgets and resources efficiently to ensure high-impact execution
  • Analyze campaign performance to identify insights and continuously improve results Partner with regional commercial teams to align marketing and sales efforts Lead, execute, and support local and global events related to the Partnering Business
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with LSB Marketing, Brand, Internal Communications, and global regional teams

 

Your background
We’re not just looking for hard skills: We’re looking for people who bring their passion and talent to work. The position requires the following:

 

  • University degree (BA or MA) in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar
  • Proven experience in international B2B marketing, ideally in life sciences or technology Excellent English skills; German or other languages are a plus
  • Strong command of Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing)
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, C4C) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Analytical mindset and interest in data-driven marketing
  • Cross-functional collaboration and teamwork
  • Adaptability and ability to manage change
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Skilled in project and budget management
  • Creative thinker with a drive for continuous improvement and innovation
