Mechanical Production Lead

Morgan Hill, CA

Core Responsibilities 

  • Assisting Operation Manager to ensure daily productions scheduled meets customer's expectation, and manufacturing OTD metric.   

  • Assigning necessary manpower to support schedule demand on daily basis.   

  • Assuring all assembly lines are prep and ready for production builds.  

  • Working closely with Production and Engineering to resolve daily production issues, and implement continuous process improvement on Quality, Delivery, and Materials  

  • Monitors and reports daily production results, materials usage, waste and down time.   

  • Performing interviewing, hiring, training, and discipline personnel  

  • Performing other duties and implement company policy as assigned by Manager.  

Minimum Requirements 

  • At least 3 to 5 years of work experience in mechanical assembly and manufacturing process as an manufacturing / industrial engineer or manufacturing supervisor  

  • AS technical degree with at least 3 years related experience; or BS in Industrial Engineering 

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills   

  • Good communicator in both verbal and written d. Strong leadership and hands on production work experience e. Knowledge and experience with MS Office (Excel, Power Point) and Outlook
