Customer Service Coordinator
What you will do
The Customer Service Coordinator represent customer service as part of a larger regional team and align resources to proactively address the needs of internal and external customers. Indirectly boost sales by aligning resources to provide exceptional customer service through proactive communication and solution generation. Coordinate internal resources to respond to account needs, anticipate know customer issues and mitigate impact. Cross-selling when the opportunity is available. Is involved with the Sales Support Helpdesk, which is the primary point of contact for any sales related inquiries.
Responsibilities will include
- Represents Customer Service as part of the Regional Team
- Anticipate customer impact for known issues and mitigate
- Serves as the first escalation point for issues that may arise from internal or external customers
- Coordinates internal resources amongst various departments to respond to customer requests
- Ability to cross or upsell to customers routinely by offing insights into Tecan products and services.
- Keeps abreast of the latest product information to be able to inform colleagues and customers as required
- Strong Customer service skill set and Survey for customer feedback
- Ability to survey for customer feedback
- Assists with processing quotations, sales orders and directly addressing customer inquiries
- Handles essential tasks as assigned, and responds to change productively
- Ability to adapt to a changing work schedule when needed
- Follows all local safety procedures, State and Federal OSHA Regulations, and reports any safety concerns

Experience
- BS degree in Life Sciences or a related field preferred.
- Experience with Tecan products helpful.
- 1-2 years automation/instrumentation experience desired.
- Practical knowledge of MS Office, Excel and accounting systems
