And we need you to join our team as our Sr. Sales Representative for North East US.   

 

Summary: Manage, Support and Retain, as well as simultaneously grow/develop existing/new Customers in assigned Territory under the limited Supervision of the Director of Sales. Main Target is to achieve the Annual Sales Target defined.

 

Reports To: Director of Sales for Tecan SP Inc.

 

What You Do:

 

• Manage, Support & Retain Customer Accounts in assigned Territory

• Develop and Grow existing Customers in assigned Territory

• Identify and Develop new Accounts in assigned Territory

• Implement solid phase extraction procedures at customer sites

• Responsible to keep CRM up-to-date for territory in regards of Customer Contacts and Sales Funnel

• Responsible to manage/coordinate Customer Demos within Territory

• Patriciate on Tradeshows/Conferences

• Identify needs for new Product- and Market Development and communicate to Director Sales

• Punctual Support to T-SP Entities abroad if requested

• Occasionally to help out with Installations, Preventive Maintenance and On Demand Work if needed

• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time

• Other duties may be assigned as needed

WHAT YOU BRING:

 

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry, MSC in Analytical Chemistry preferred

• 5Y+ Experience in Sales of SPE Products with Focus on Smart Consumables

• 3-5Y Experience with LCMS, SPE, preferably in Toxicology

• Knowledge/Field Experience of Solid Phase Extraction Techniques, such as D&S, SLE, LLE, SPE is a

must

• Experience with CRM is a plus

• Proficient with MSOffice

• SAP Experience is a plus

• Experience operating within an ISO 9001/13485 compliant environment would be an advantage

• Ability to work under pressure

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills

• Ability to work in a cross cultural environment
