Payroll Manager, Americas
Onsite – Morgan, Hill CA 95037
Full-Time | Exempt
We are looking for a Payroll Manager who thrives in building structure where it does not yet exist. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys untangling complexity, creating scalable processes, and bringing order to fast-moving, ambiguous environments. You will play a critical role in shaping and improving how payroll operates, not just executing it.
As the Payroll Manager, Americas for Tecan, you will own the evolution of payroll across the US. This role goes beyond processing payroll. You will lead system integrations, unify payroll across multiple entities, and build processes that improve accuracy, efficiency, and the overall employee experience.
You will operate in an environment that requires sound judgment, adaptability, and comfort with ambiguity. Success in this role comes from taking ownership, solving problems at the root cause, and building strong cross-functional relationships across HR, Finance, and the broader business.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thinks like a builder. You will identify gaps, connect systems, and design scalable solutions. Deep experience with ADP, including Workforce now and Comprehensive, and a track record of integrating multiple entities into a single payroll environment are essential.
How you will make a difference.
