  • Contribute to surveillance and analysis of the global regulatory landscape, supporting the development of long-term compliance strategies.
  • Support technical evaluation of new regulations, early risk identification, and design of mitigation strategies.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for senior leaders and cross-functional teams, answering internal and external queries.
  • Provide training on product environmental compliance topics and perform internal/intra-company audits.
  • Maintain clear compliance status reporting and coordinate issuing of compliance certificates and Critical Mineral reporting.
  • Possibility to represent Tecan in trade associations, ensuring alignment with industry standards.

Your background

We’re not just looking for hard skills: We’re looking for people who bring their passion and talent to work.

  • Higher education degree in a scientific or engineering discipline; chemical background is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in product stewardship or product environmental regulations, preferably in MedTech.
