Project Manager “Instrument Development” (w/m/d)

Your contribution
In this role, you will lead complex laboratory instrument and solution development projects for Life Science and Diagnostics
- Manage all development activities to achieve the overall project targets including design transfer and industrialization
- Define, build-up, and lead winning interdisciplinary project teams
- Interface and Coordination of team members across multiple locations and with external resources where needed
- Manage the planning, staffing and execution of project according to the applicable development processes, guidelines, and regulations
- Planning, monitoring, and reporting of projects with coordination of interfaces to related projects
- Ensure proactive and proper stakeholder management and communication to all levels
- Demonstrate clear leadership towards all management levels
Your profile

- Bachelor's/Master's or PhD degree preferably in technical or life science
- Several years of experience in Project Management preferably in development of instruments and solutions for Life Science and Diagnostics
- Experience in leading complex and highly regulated product development projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act, we are obliged to state the minimum monthly salary of EUR 4.552,67 (classification according to the collective agreement of the electrical and electronics industry based on full-time 38.5 hours/week) as a basis for negotiation. A significant overpayment is envisaged depending on training, qualifications, and experience.
