Temp-to-Perm | Non-Exempt Salary Range: $19-$20/hrly DOE

In this role, you will perform in-process and final inspections using visual, measurement, and functional testing methods. You will help ensure product integrity, support compliance with ISO and regulatory requirements, and contribute to continuous improvement in quality systems and processes.

How You Will Make an Impact
- Perform in-process and final inspections of packed columns using drawings, specifications, work instructions, and test procedures
- Conduct visual inspections to identify cosmetic defects such as color and physical appearance issues
- Review and approve Device History Records (DHR) to release product for shipment
- Ensure finished goods are properly segregated until final release
- Work from engineering prototype and production-released inspection procedures
- Prepare Nonconformance Reports (NCRs) for nonconforming products
- Evaluate test equipment for proper setup, operation, and use
- Provide feedback to production teams to improve quality and processes
- Recommend improvements to inspection processes and quality systems
- Support ISO compliance and Tecan Quality System requirements through proper documentation and procedures
What You Bring
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- Ability to perform visual inspections with high accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Understanding of inspection procedures and manufacturing quality processes
Your Background
- Minimum 1 year of visual inspection experience in a manufacturing environment required
- Experience in ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or FDA-regulated environments preferred
- Junior college-level training in inspection techniques is desirable
- Experience working with inspection documentation and quality systems
Physical Requirements
- Visual acuity required
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for 4–5 hours at a time
