Senior Quality Systems & Global LSO Manager

Your contribution

As a Senior Quality Systems & Global LSO Manager, you will play a pivotal role in promoting quality and compliance awareness within the company. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the local Quality Management System at Tecan Schweiz AG. Your role will involve leading root cause investigations for CAPA and other quality-related issues, supporting global document control, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will act as a quality culture ambassador, ensuring that quality standards are met and exceeded.
 

Responsibilities

• Oversee the local CAPA process, including initiating and conducting CAPA review board meetings and ensuring CAPA KPIs are met.
• Conduct root cause investigations for CAPA and other quality or compliance-related issues.
• Maintain and improve T-CH documents and processes and provide document-related training for global and local QMS.
• Conduct gap assessments and support management review activities and KPI monitoring.
• Support and participate in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party audits, and assist the Global QARA Management Team with projects and strategic initiatives.
• Act as a quality culture ambassador, promoting quality and compliance awareness.
   

Your background

• Education with a technical or economic orientation, further education in Quality Management or Auditing.
• Experience in Quality Management, CAPA, Root Cause investigation, and Lean problem solving.
• Proficiency in ISO 13485, QSR, and ISO 9001 standards.
• Strong leadership skills and project management experience.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Team-oriented, assertive, and communicative with a focus on exactness.
