The owner of the role “Senior DevOps Engineer” ensures business continuity by providing infrastructure project commitment while continuously improving and developing our infrastructure landscape and 3rd level support to resolve problems, to satisfy user requests with high user satisfaction. She/he is a strong contributor shaping our future infrastructure roadmap with a cloud-first strategy and transfers know-how and expertise to team members and IT Service Delivery.

 

Responsibilities will include

 

  • Document IT Services, changes, and follow internal procedures
  • Install, test, and configure various IT hardware, software, and equipment according to the company
  • standards
  • Report and solve technical IT issues with suppliers and vendors
  • Identify, organize, and solve cases according to priority
  • Ensure that security policies are followed
  • Continuous improvement of processes and procedures
  • Responsible for User support and IT-related infrastructure at the sites, as well as maintaining services.
  • Implement security best practices, including access controls, encryption, and vulnerability scanning, to protect company data and systems.
