We are seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary customer interface while managing internal teams to ensure customer requirements, delivery expectations, and business objectives are successfully achieved.

In this role, you will lead Customer Focus Teams (CFTs) to translate customer communication and manufacturing requirements into clear, measurable actions. You will work closely with Production Control, Asset Management, Engineering, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.

How Will You Make an Impact?

• Serve as the primary customer interface and main point of contact for assigned accounts
• Lead and manage internal cross-functional teams to support customer manufacturing requirements and delivery commitments
• Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and operational execution excellence
• Coordinate customer communication regarding delivery schedules, manufacturing updates, and project status changes
• Identify changes impacting delivery timelines and establish revised customer expectations accordingly
• Manage sales orders, forecasts, and order-related changes to support MRP execution and manufacturing schedules
• Collaborate with Asset Management and Production Control teams to meet customer delivery requirements
• Evaluate loaded orders against monthly and quarterly revenue commitments to support financial performance goals
• Review and communicate ECO discrepancies, incomplete documentation, or disposition concerns with customers and internal teams
• Coordinate impact analysis activities and obtain required customer approvals for engineering changes
• Obtain purchase orders related to ECO charges, pricing updates, and customer-driven changes
• Coordinate quotation activities for customer requirements and lead quote review meetings as needed
• Ensure pricing implementation dates and quotation details are clearly communicated to prevent invoice discrepancies
• Support monthly excess inventory review activities and coordinate customer disposition processes in alignment with company policy
• Facilitate customer meetings related to excess inventory, open actions, and financial resolution activities
• Escalate operational or customer issues proactively to avoid missed milestones or delivery commitments
• Monitor and support financial performance metrics including revenue projections, excess inventory mitigation, and accounts receivable performance
• Coordinate quarterly cost reviews, pricing updates, and standard cost discussions with customers
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), including preparation of presentation materials and customer deliverables
• Partner with cross-functional teams to continuously improve customer support processes and operational performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and customer requirements

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following environments:
• Program Management within the Contract Manufacturing industry
• Project Management in a design environment supporting external customers
• Project Management within a manufacturing environment managing multiple projects
• Experience supporting customer-facing manufacturing or operational programs preferred
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience coordinating manufacturing schedules, forecasts, quotations, or operational deliverables preferred
• Familiarity with ERP, MRP, or manufacturing planning systems preferred

Nice to Have

• Experience managing customer accounts within electronics manufacturing or contract manufacturing industries
• Familiarity with engineering change order (ECO) processes and manufacturing documentation controls
• Experience supporting revenue forecasting, inventory management, or financial performance reviews
• Experience leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with customers
• Background working in highly regulated or quality-driven manufacturing environments
• Experience coordinating cross-functional operational improvement initiatives
