We are seeking a Senior Technical Sales Support Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our commercial organization through quotation development, technical feasibility review, pricing coordination, and cross-functional communication.
In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Applications, Service, and Operations teams to ensure customers receive timely, technically accurate, and commercially compliant quotations and proposals. You will serve as a critical resource for both internal stakeholders and customers throughout the sales support process.

How Will You Make an Impact?
• Review quotation requests, bids, and proposals for technical feasibility, product compatibility, and commercial accuracy
• Generate and process customer quotations using internal CRM and ERP systems
• Support Sales Representatives and customers with product questions, pricing inquiries, and quotation-related communication
• Coordinate with internal subject matter experts to develop customer-specific pricing structures and configurations
• Ensure proper pricing, discounts, approvals, and compliance standards are applied to all quotations
• Maintain and support field-based quoting tools and related sales support resources
• Troubleshoot and assist users with CRM and ERP system functionality related to quoting and order processing
• Track quotation turnaround times and maintain accurate documentation throughout the quote lifecycle
• Participate in customer communication programs including order acknowledgments and project coordination activities
• Maintain territory-related sales data, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and mapping resources
• Collaborate with Sales, Applications, Service, and Finance teams to resolve customer and operational issues efficiently
• Provide training and guidance to team members regarding quoting processes, systems, and best practices
• Serve as an escalation point for internal and external inquiries prior to management involvement
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives within the commercial support organization
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements

Your Background
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Biotechnology, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience supporting technical sales, laboratory instrumentation, automation, or scientific operations environments preferred
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or quotation management systems required
• Familiarity with laboratory automation, instrumentation, or life sciences products preferred
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Experience working in customer-facing or sales support roles strongly preferred
Nice to Have
• Experience supporting capital equipment or technical product quotations
• Familiarity with SAP CRM, SAP ERP, or related enterprise systems
• Experience coordinating customer-specific pricing or contract documentation
• Background supporting field sales teams in scientific or healthcare industries
• Experience training users on internal systems or workflows
• Knowledge of laboratory automation or liquid handling technologies
