- Promote and sell Tecan products;
- Exchange of information concerning technology and market trend;
- Visits customers and dealers frequently. Give necessary product and application training.
- Cooperation in general sales tasks within the team.
- Support and manage the usage of CRM
- Business develops with new customer and new market.
- Maintain regular customers and business growth
- Application support and training of customers and dealers
- Cooperation in the evaluation and development of new products and tools
- Help marketing team to collect information of customers to smooth and optimize the process;
- Achievement of team, group and company targets(together with other Management Team Members)
- Realization of projects according regulation(security, quality, methodology)
- Planning and coordination of work( together with involved persons)

- Master, Biology, Chemistry or respective
- Selling skill and leadership
- 3 years sales and application specialist related experience
- English
- Marketing and distributor management
