Business Development Manager

 

What you will do

•    Business develop in Taiwan or further Philippines in certain customers, Research institutes, Universities, private sectors (biotech, pharma, service labs) etc. 

 

Responsibilities will include

•    Market screening and identify business opportunities with local companies within Taiwan, with key focus on genomics segment, biotech and biopharma companies
•    Manage and develop Tecan distribution network in Taiwan
•    Establish relationship with key CROs and KOL in Taiwan
•    Provide application and product training to local distributor and dealers
•    Work with local distributors on marketing campaigns / business plan to drive sales growth
•    Ensure accurate sales reporting (forecast, market info) from local distributors
•    Ensure committed sales targets / sales growth targets are met
 

 

What you bring along

  • BSc. (Hons) in life science discipline,  2nd Upper or better
  • MSc or higher
  • 6 years sales experience (minimum) in life science market 
  • Work experience in MNC with dealer management experience 
  • Chinese, Mandarin , English ,Local dialect 
  • Good team player
  • Meticulous and able to work under minimum supervision
  • High integrity .
