Talent Acquisition Partner / HR Generalist 50% (temporary, 6 months)

Your contribution
As a Talent Acquisition Partner / HR Generalist, you will manage every phase of our recruitment efforts, from identifying potential candidates to interviewing and evaluating them. Your goal will be to build Tecan's employer brand by ensuring we attract and hire talented and high-potential candidates. You will collaborate with hiring managers and support HR projects, contributing to our ongoing initiatives such as employer branding and process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Identify future hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
- Attract suitable candidates through various channels, including databases, social media, and employment forums.
- Conduct interviews, assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience, and perform reference and background checks.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and support paperwork for new hires.
- Prepare recruitment requests and offer approvals/letters using SuccessFactors.
- Promote the company's reputation as an attractive employment opportunity and keep up-to-date with employment legislation and trends.
- Monitor HR recruitment metrics and provide ad hoc recruitment reports.
- Jointly manage entry processes with the HR Assistant and be the back-up of the HR Assistant.
Your background

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience; in-house recruitment experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are an asset.
- Technical knowledge of LMS365 and SuccessFactors.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proven team player with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized.
