We are seeking a Customer Operations Coordinator
Location: Theale, Reading.
This role is part of the European Customer Operations team and is based in the UK. Customer Operations is a cross functional collaborative team that is the focal point between Customer, Sales, Service and Operations. The team aims to ensure that all responses are handled in a timely manner with expertise and proficiency, all needs are met whilst ensuring processes are aligned, optimised and compliant.
What you will do / Responsibilities will include:
- Assist in meeting sales growth targets by accurately processing sales orders and invoices (SAP system)
- Support in the creation of quotes
- Ensure accurate timely information to key stakeholders in the order management process (such as: Customers, suppliers, service and sales colleagues)
- Management of maintenance contracts/warranty and creation of stakeholder notifications
- Organize and monitor transportation associated to orders
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders: e.g. provide information on order status, delivery status, invoicing…
- Administrative support for CO Team/ other regional offices in Europe when required (Back up during vacation, sick leave)
What you bring along:
- Degree in Commercial Administration or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar position
- English as business language any additional European language would be a benefit
- Excellent communication skills and highly customer-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office
- Keen to work as a team and learn
- Open to work in international environment
